Hi, I'm Jennifer,

If you've found your way here, welcome. I'm glad you're here.  I spent 18 years in nursing before I became a PMHNP starting as an LVN and working my way through bedside care and nursing administration before earning my MSN and stepping into psychiatric-mental health practice. That path taught me something most NP programs don't: clinical competence and clinical confidence are built very differently. You can pass every exam and still feel unsteady the first time you're alone in the room with a patient. Nurslytics™ was created because of that gap and because every stage of the nursing journey has one just like it. From your first prerequisite, to nursing school, to finding a preceptor, to sitting for boards, to your first job as a practicing NP the challenges are real, and the resources to meet them are too often scattered, conflicting, or just not built for how nursing actually works. So, this is what I set out to build instead: practical, evidence-informed digital tools that come from real practice, not theory the guides, templates, and systems I wish I'd had at each of those stages, organized so you spend less time searching and more time learning, growing, and practicing with confidence.
